Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy: We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 24hrs of receipt by writing to support@treekernels.com. You will need to provide detailed information (including images) for any product damaged during shipping within that time frame. If you are for any reason dissatisfied with our product(s), you may request an exchange within 10 days from the date of purchase. Please submit this request in writing to support@treekernels.com  


Order Processing, Delivery Method, and Timing:  All orders will require a processing time of 1 to 3 business days. Shipments are sent using United States Postal Service Priority Mail Shipping. Delivery times are dependent upon delivery location. Typical shipping times may vary from 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times, this does not include any potential delay for inclement weather, holidays, or backorders. If a backorder takes place, we will do our best to notify you of the backorder and provide the estimated shipment date. Orders marked completed will be given tracking information in a form of an email that is sent automatically to you. Please check your Spam if you do not receive this tracking information or you may write to support@treekernels.com
