If you are, for any reason, dissatisfied with our product(s), you may request an exchange or refund within 10 days from the date of purchase. You must submit this request in writing to support@treekernels.com. Please provide your order number, your full name, and the reason of dissatisfaction. We will exhaust every effort to make it right!

All orders will require a processing time of 1-3 business days. Shipments are sent using the United States Postal Service Priority Mail Shipping. Typical shipping times may vary from 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) after processing times, this does not include any potential delay for inclement weather, holidays, or backorders. If a backorder takes place, we will do our best to notify you and provide the updated the shipping date. Orders marked completed will be sent an email with tracking information. Please check your spam inbox if you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days. You may also write to us at support@treekernels.com.

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged items MUST be made within 24HRS of delivery receipt by writing to support@treekernels.com. You will need to provide detailed information, including images of any damages during shipping within that timeframe.

If this is your first time, use up to a half dropper full of our High Grade Hemp Oil twice a day. Place desired drops under the tongue, hold for 30 seconds, then swallow.
